Being Gluten Free
Gluten-Free products have been increasing greatly in stores. This is beneficiary to those who have celiac disease. Celiac disease is a disease where the small intestine is hypersensitive to gluten, leading to difficulty in digesting food. For those with this disease, a gluten-free diet is essential. In addition, there are many who choose to live a gluten-free lifestyle, or enjoy the occassional gluten-free meal. There are many reasons as to why this is a good decision! For starters, humans don't fully digest wheat. Also, wheat is a pro-inflammatory agent (it dissovlves to sugar quickly), can cause leaky cut syndrome (where tight junctions in the guy that control what passes through the lining of the small intestine don't work properly), has little nutritional value, and is one of the top-eight allergens. Over and above that, some people can have gluten sensitivity or celiac disease without even realizing it! Give your body a break and try Sans Gluten soon!
